Cheers provides all kinds of services, from helping you find a property, to application and contract procedures, and move in. You don't need to be a resident of Japan to contact us.

Corporate Housing Solution
Cheers provides comprehensive and specialized support to foreign employees coming to Japan as a corporate service, significantly reducing the burden on the human resources department. We provide full support from the time they arrive in Japan until they return home.
Specifically, we provide customized support for airport transfers, arranging temporary housing (including for family members), resident registration, opening a bank account, signing a mobile phone contract, finding housing, signing contracts for essential utilities such as electricity, gas, and water, being present when the employee moves out, and various concellation procedures.
Setting Up Utilities
Cheers offers a free service to handle various contract procedures for lifelines(electricity, gas, water) for those who request it.
We also provide support services for various procedures when you arrive in Japan, such as obtaining a resident registration card, opening a bank account, and signing a mobile phone contract, so please feel free to contact us. (Charges apply)
