Cheers provides comprehensive real-estate services to ensure a smooth transisiton into your new life, starting from property search, to application procedures and contract signing, and move in. Please feel free to contct us even if you are not a current resident in Japan. As every case is different, we are more than happy to provide consulting based on your situation.
Corporate Housing Solutions
For those looking to sign a corporate lease, Cheers provides comprehensive ans specialized support to foreign employees coming to Japan with the goal to reduce and alleviate the burden on the human resources. We provide full support from the time of arrival until move out.
This includes but not limited to: Airport transfers, temporary housing arrangement (including family members), resident registration, opening a bank account, signing a mobile phone contract, finding housing, and utilities set-up (electricity, gas and water), and providing translation support at move-out and other miscelleneous procedures.
Utilities and everyday life set-up
Cheers will also help you set up your utilities free of charge (electricity, gas, water) for those who need it. We also provide support services for various every day procedures upon you arrival in Japan, such as registering your address a the ward office, opening a bank account, and signing a mobile phone contract, so please feel free to contact us.
