I worked with Moroi-san to find my apartment in Waseda, and had a seemless experience. I was moving from Seattle, and had never lived in Japan before, and had a short deadline during busy season to find an apartment that would accommodate my dog. 

Moroi-san met with me online before I left for Japan, and within two weeks I had signed a lease for a woulderful 1LDK that suited my needs perfectly. He gave me a ton of options, and was always super responsive and thoughtful. He made a point to be the first person to view the apartment, which I was super grateful for.

Moroi-san speaks great English if you don't have great Japanese(like me).

If you are a first timer in Japan I would also highly recommend his services to get you registered with your public office and help to setup a Japanese phone number and bank account. 

I couldn't recommend working with him highly enough.

縁あってチアーズ様にマンション探しをお願いしましたが、当方の要望を踏まえた理想的な物件を購入することができて、大変感謝しております。

最初に提示された数件は要望と完全には一致しない部分もありましたが、複数回の内見を通じて意見交換を重ねることで、当方の希望がより的確に反映されるようになり、また私自身も重視すべきポイントを整理することができました。

その後、当初想定していたエリアに加え、現在居住している志木エリアの物件を提案頂きましたが、これがまさに当方の希望に合致するものでした。中古物件としては人気のマンションでしたが、いち早く紹介頂いたおかげで円滑に成約に至り、大変満足しております。ありがとうございました。

I was looking for a place that was near my university and comfortable. It was not easy to find a place that not only accepts foreigners but also willing to do the screening for someone who was yet to arrive to Japan. Without Mr.Moroi's help, I would not have been able to find a place and complete all the neccesary administrative procedures.

He also went beyond that to ensure I am property settled in and have everything that I needed. I am very appriciative of his help. 

私の所有する賃貸用のマンションが再開発・建替えとなり、具体的な実行が昨年夏に決定しました。代替の物件を近隣の某大手不動産会社に依頼しましたが結果が得られず入手を諦めていました。

年明けに（株）チアーズ様と縁を持ちまして依頼しましたところ、価格・品質ともに満足のできる物件を入手できました。

実務上の処理も迅速的確、私個人の視覚では得ることのできない周辺環境の詳細まで十分に理解でき非常に感謝しております。

社員寮として新築アパート2棟、紹介してもらい購入しました。

当社の希望は社員の勤務場所に近く、生活インフラ（スーパーマーケット、医療機関、駅、バス停から近い等）の揃った物件を探していました。

数日で6件ほどの案件を紹介していただき、そのうち2棟が隣接している物件であったため一括で購入できるよう売主に交渉してもらいました。すでに数人の入居希望者から申込みがあったようですが、交渉してもらい2棟一括購入することができました。

売主からの引き渡し後、駐輪場（36台分）、窓・踊り場の目隠し、階段の屋根を追加工事で設置してもらいましたが、当社の要望が一度で売主や施工業者に伝わっていたので大変助かりました。

I was looking for a house that is convenient to school, and not too expensive or small. It was hard to find something that met my needs but also accepted foreigners.

Moroi-san kept me undated and was responsive to all my needs. I was able to arrange viewings quickly and navigate the process without any problems. Thank you so much for the help in finding a perfect home for me.
